State claims that we have to fill out a part year form, but we live here full time

My spouse and I live in Va. and tried to file our taxes, but T T or the state claim that we have to file a Form 760PY but neither of us has ever lived in any other state. We have reviewed our forms constantly and still have no idea where this came from.

Review the personal information that you entered to ensure that TurboTax helps you create the correct state tax return.

Open Turbo Tax and select My Info
A Personal profile summary screen will pop up
Select Edit by your name
Scroll through the screens to ensure that you have the correct answers for your state of residence and make sure that you haven't selected that you lived in another state
Repeat for your spouse.
