Yes, occasionally your transmission doesn't go through. This is usually due to internet connection problems. Just try again.

 

If you are still in TurboTax, just select File & Pay from the left side menu and continue through the screens until you submit your return again.

 

If you got bumped out of TurboTax, just log in again and follow the directions above.
