When I try to file, it tells me there's an error with the State ID number. it claims that Form TC-40W ( UT Withholding ID number, must be 14 characters long without hyphens.
I don't have a state ID that is longer than 11 digits. Is this a software error? It will not allow us to Efile our state return even though we've paid for it.
If we print and file that way, we'll need a refund for the cost of efiling for state.
