State refund is less than half of previous years

I live in Michigan and my state refund has consistently been around $2k ever since owning my home in 2017. I have had no changes to anything in my life since last year, if anything I pay more in property taxes now.

This year was also the first time Turbo Tax did not ask me to enter my property tax information. When I manually searched for that page I was given the prompt that I don't need to enter that info in this year. This year my state return is about $700. Why?

There are a lot of Michigan forms that are not yet ready. Many are supposed to be ready by 1-30. Wait a couple days and re-visit the return.
