State tax filing

In my W-2, Box -1 is blank for my state taxes. However state wage is showing some value and Tax deduction is also shown. 
Now as value is not there, turbo tax not allowing me to file online taxes. 

Can anyone plz help?

    Did you get only one W-2? Or is there another W-2 that has the correct number in Box 1 (Wages)?

     

    Box 1 doesn't have state taxes, so please explain to us how many W-2s you have and which boxes are filled in which W-2.
