State Tax Refund

Hello

My home address locates at Queens, NY. I have already got 2 refund payments. However, I do not remember that I have any refund from FEDERAL. Will it possible BOTH refunds came from state of NY, one from New York City, one from New York State ? Does anyone have similar experience & familiar with NY State tax refund process ?

If you are unsure about your federal refund, then you can try tracking it for more info: here. You can also, log back into your TurboTax account and view the 2018 return info on the tax home page.

Thanks for your help, HollyP. I will definitely use the link to track my refund. But have you even heard some States (i.e NY) choosing to break down refund into multiple payments (one for State level, one for city/county level) ?
