I am getting error code GAR0000-024 "An original return is not on file for this taxpayer. To submit and original return, please use Form 500.". I have tried Amending my state return multiple times and keep getting this error. My federal return was also amended but has been accepted every time. I already filed an original return and it said it was accepted. How can I fix this error?
