State taxes say DUE on my TurboTax account an it was deposited in my cash app account but it say failed

We can't answer that question.  You will have to check with your state Revenue Department. Once your tax return has been e-filed, and accepted, TurboTax doesn't have any other information about your refund.

Turbo Tax doesn’t get any info on your return or refund after you file.  The IRS and state don’t update Turbo Tax.   Where are you seeing “deposit failed” and Due?   Check your return.   Does it show a Refund or Tax Due?   If your Turbo Tax account says state tax DUE you don’t have a refund.
