Hello,

My 2019 return hasn't been finished yet. Based on 2018 return I wouldn't be qualified for the stimulus money so no check for me at the moment. However, my 2019 adjusted gross income will be much lower and it'll make me eligible to receive $1200. How can I receive stimulus money after I finish 2019 return? Thank you!

I don’t believe anyone can tell you the date of determination for payment to an individual taxpayer. But if you don’t get the stimulus this year you will get it in 2021 when you file your 2020 tax return if your income qualifies you for it.
