I didn’t receive the first two stimulus payments because my parents claimed me on their taxes. In 2021 I claimed myself. Am I supposed to receive the third stimulus payment?

If you cannot be claimed as a dependent for 2021 then you can get the 3rd EIP payment as a recovery rebate credit on your own 2021 tax return.   Even if your parents received it for claiming you last year they do not have to pay it back.   It will end up on line 30 of your Form 1040 and will be added to your tax refund.

You receive the 3rd stimulus payment if you cannot be claimed as a dependent.
