Stimulus payment went to acct from 2018 return on 4/15 even though I had filed 2019 on 4/1

The return filed on 4/1 had correct address and bank info. The stimulus went to wrong bank and address. What can I do?

normally the IRS would send a letter 15 days after stimulus payment to confirm the amount and other info.

does the USPS have a change of address form on file for you?

the other possibility is to file form 8822 (change of address) by mail with the IRS

but considering how backlogged the IRS is they may not process it before sending out the letter.
