Stuck for 4 Hours Running In Circles

I received this error message below and have no idea what to do. I searched and a few topics about this, but nothing worked or the topics went unanswered. I have already been forced to upgrade and still no answers. This is frustrating. In almost 10 years, never has this happened.

    Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates. You can also try a different browser.
