Question

Stuck on Federal Review. I have 23 Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other listed that say "needs review" but, none have red boxes. They look correct to me. How do I fix this?

I would walk through the entry pages on each of the stocks that have "needs review".

Open up the stock entry page, I would also click on the box that says I have other boxes on my 1099-B to enter just to make sure there is nothing there. Then unclick the box if there are no entries.

I would also check the basis box on each transaction. If the box is blank I would put in a 0 and click the box that says The cost basis is incorrect or missing on my 1099-B and enter the basis on the following screen.

Make sure none of the stocks or options listed are Employee stock or RSU. There are often additional entries you have to make on these. There is a screen after the entry to choose employee stock or RSU.
