Stuck with error message on 1095-A: “Please check your entries, there must be a value entered in at least one of the fields which is greater than zero.”

I've done everything I'm supposed to here, including getting the corrected numbers for Column B (since it listed "0"). Cleared my cache.

 

*Edit: Tried it in Safari instead of Chrome. That fixed it.*

You can try deleting the Form 1095-A and re-entering it. 

 

You could also try deleting your Form 1095-A and re-entering it. 

 

To delete Form 1095-A, you can do the following if you are using TurboTax Desktop:

  1. Click on "Forms" at the top right of your TurboTax screen to switch to "Forms Mode"
  2. In your left panel search for "Form 1095-A"
  3. Click on "Form 1095-A" and it will appear in your right panel
  4. At the bottom left of your "Form 1095-A" click on Delete Form
  5. A box will appear to confirm the deletion, Select "Yes"

If you are using TurboTax Online you can:

  1. Continue your return
  2. Choose "Tax Tools" option on the left menu bar in the federal section of TurboTax
  3. Choose "Tools"
  4. Under "Other Helpful Links" choose "Delete a form"
  5. Find the Form 1095-A and click on the option to delete it

Here's how to enter your 1095-A in TurboTax:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Click on the search icon at the top right of your screen.
  3. Type "1095-A" in the search box
  4. Click on the link "Jump to 1095-A"
  5. Answer "yes" to "Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?
  6. Select "Continue"
  7. Enter your information on the screen "Let's get the info from your 1095-A Form"

 

NOTE: You should leave the boxes blank. Do not enter a zero in the boxes when entering your Form 1095-A.
