Just sat on hold for 20 minutes (of the >1 hour hold time) and was just hung up on...while still listening to the God awful hold music. I just dialed back and now I'm at the back of the line and have to start all over again!!!!! Is there any other way that I can get ahold of someone because the message board and AI bots are not accurately answering my question and it's 1:30am and I want to get some sort of rest before starting the torture of working with this "software" again tomorrow.

This user forum has nothing to do with phone support.

You have only made one other question about an extension and it was answered.

The reject would tell you the reason why so you can fix that and re-submit or mail the extension in along with a copy of the reject notice or the IRS will not allow it.
