Switching from Home and Business, to Business

Apologies if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find it, so here goes:

Accidentally purchased home and business edition instead of business edition, because I needed to file a 1041. Went into advantage and removed home and business, and then added business, but I still have no access to business edition. I'm unable to download it, and my serial key is for home and business. I tried canceling everything, and then attempted to purchase business, which just reopened the advantage account with home and business.

Please advise - I am almost pulling my hair out in frustration.
