I only reported income for my 1099R. I did not have any W2 income but turbo tax required me to fill out Zip Code and State info for a non-existing W2 prior to allowing me to e-file. Very disturbing, confusing, and frustrating. I entered the fake info to satisfy this system flaw for no apparent reason.
