Tax Day Update: TurboTax is Accepting E-Filed Tax Returns

I have uploaded all my information in the download of turbotax 2015. I had to leave it be for a week or two to wait for a form to arrive. Now all my information is missing when I log in....how do I retrieve it....now. I need live chat

A 2015 return? And you are using the Desktop program? Are you using Windows or Mac? On Mac there is a problem opening the 2015 program.

Your data file ends in .tax2015. When you go up to File-Open it doesn't show up? On Windows it should be in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax folder. If you can't find them do a search for all files ending in .tax or .tax2015, etc. And check the Recycle Bin. For Windows 10 check the One Drive. Did you make any backups? Like DropBox.

Did you save your return? In Windows you have to manually save, although it will ask if you want to save when you exit the program or switch to another return.
