Sharona you will need to call the IRS about this ID Verification letter.  Some times people use your identity and file tax returns and the IRS needs to verify who you are to be able to protect your identity.  I suggest you call the IRS at the contact information provided so that you can remediate any potential issues. 

Once you verify your identity with the IRS they will be able to provide information to you on what is going on with your account, if anything.  Just follow-up with the IRS.

TurboTax does not have any information about your account at the IRS.  Once you have filed your tax return, IRS is the only contact for that information.  Because of privacy laws they are not allowed to share with TurboTax.  Which further protects your privacy.
