I filled my taxes on a different site and my federal says processing on the IRS. Website but my state was denied and for some reason it would not let me go back and fix anything and it would just keep denying my state tax return. So I filed with turbo tax and they both got denied. I could not go back or reset anything so I just made a new account and filed again and now it just says pending and it's been 48 hours. I do you think will happen she you're long this will take to fix? I am using, TurboTax max return deluxe

You already filed a federal tax return somewhere else. You cannot file another federal return. Any further attempts to e-file a federal return will be rejected. And you cannot e-file a state return using this software unless you e-filed a federal return here ---so you will not be successful in filing a state return using TurboTax. Try going to your state's tax site and preparing it there if you can. Or get the state forms to prepare on paper by hand. You will need a copy of the federal return that you filed (wherever it is) to get information from it.
