Tax question post divorce

My husband went through a long divorce and they are finally able to file back taxes. There is one past year they have to file married jointly  my husband did all the leg work and did everything to get the taxes done and now she’s refusing to sign unless her name is what’s listed on the return.  She is untrustworthy and manipulative and we do not trust her to not try something. What kind of an attorney do we need to talk to? Or what can we do? Our current attorney that did the divorce has a problem communicating so we don’t know what to do and we are nearing another deadline and more penalties

Is there a refund you will receive? Is it being sent as a check?

If there is no refund and no check being sent, the address won't effect anything.

They both have to pay in which my husband sent in a estimated amount right after they split and she didn’t so she has to still send in her half

What’s wrong with the way her name is listed on the return?  That shouldn’t affect anything.   They can file with her current name.

I’m sorry I tried to edit it. I meant her address not name

Can they compromise and use a neutral address of a lawyer, friend, or relative?

Unfortunately not. We have tried multiple times and she will not budge on anything but her address
