I do my taxes using turbo tax every year, why don't they have my 2019 tax return on file?

    We are completing 2019 returns right now ... last year's return on file would be 2018.

    If you are referring to your 2018 tax return, as this year you would be filing your 2019 tax return, you would want to make sure you are using the same TurboTax account as in prior years. You can then use the link provided below for assistance:
