If your mother rightfully claimed you as a dependent, you need to select that someone else can claim you as a dependent. You can make this selection under Personal Info.

If she shouldn't have claimed you, then you need to mail your 2016 tax return and she needs to amend hers to not claim you.

You will not be able to efile a tax return claiming yourself as a dependent.

Everyone files tax returns with the IRS. You'll be rejected no matter where or how you file. You mean your parents?
