Tax return in PDF format

I am using TurboTax for Home and Business, desktop edition for Mac, 2024

I have already file my return electronically.  I need to keep a copy of the return for my records.  Your instructions say to click on "Print for your records" and use a PDF conversion.  This worked every time in the past.  However, this year, after the clique, TurboTax shows a status line suggesting the return is being printed, without it being sent to a printer for physical printing, or for conversion to PDF by my printer software.  The only instruction to do this (in your Support site) is for online tax preparation and filing.  Nothing for desktop version.   Please recomment a solution.  Thanks.  [PII Removed]  [email address removed].
