I cannot find my "copy B" to file with the federal tax return. Is it ok to include the "copy 2" that is for the state return? I am not filing a state return.

    Yes, you can send copy 2 of your W-2 with the federal return if you are sending it by mail.  If  you are sending it electronically, then just keep the W-2 copy in your tax file.
