Tax Year Prior to 2020: Have anyone received their stimulus check on their TurboTax card? Since TurboTax can not seem to give us an answer!

Have anyone received their stimulus check on their TurboTax card? Since TurboTax can not seem to give us an answer!

It seems that everyone has a different answer. I received a State Tax check on my card a little over a week ago. I am hoping the Federal Government will do the same. I have gotten no text saying anything was pending. I also didn’t receive a text saying that State check was pending either. Who knows??

Idk if this helps but I was told yesterday by a TT rep that yes they will come on your TT card if that's how you received your return

almost 3am in Tennessee and nothing yet man I need this for my family there not telling us anything about the turbo tax cards or nothing still says $0.00 on web app and phone.

Turbotax has screwed me over. I entered my info into the irs website and it locked me out for trying too many times. I have zero clue as to what this company has done. I did not get my money on my card and have zero way of finding out anything.

I checked irs site and it says mine is to be deposited today but the acct number ir has somehow ends with my ssn, and i got no deposit. What gives?

it will not be coming on your card! I just went on the IRS WEBSITE the get my payment tool is available as of today and I used the turbo card it stated I did not have correct deposit info I had to update my account and routing number to my regular bank account. Then you can track it once a day! Go update!

I had to go to get my payment which is now up in irs. When entering hubbys info it told me it did not have enough bank info to send payment. We did the tt debit card for first time this year because of their free advance offer. Last 20 years we had did straight to our bank account.
i entered in our info very quickly and siimply on irs website and they said they will be sending us payment soon. They also stated payment date will be updated within next 24 hours.
so if you have a tt debit card for 1st time you are screwed as money is not yet coming unless you go to get my payment and update right now. I am very disgusted with how tt handled this.

My mom got hers this morning . https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments you could go there to check if you getting one or not

I got mine this morning! I have one child, hardly made **bleep** last year, and I used the free version (no fees or advances taken out) if this helps anyone! Stay patient everyone 🙏

I’m also from Ohio and didn’t receive any notifications. Just checked my account and it was there ☺️

Is anyone else experiencing problems with TT? I can’t log into my account by app or the website can’t even get thru on the phone!!!! Like wtf is going on?

I have not! But everyone I know who had their tax refund direct deposit to their bank has already received their Stimulus money. Now from what I have read on these forums and researched for myself we may or may not get our stimulus money on this card even though it's tied to a bank technically. But Turbo Tax customer service not answering their phones and they give us bs answers on here. All I can say if after the TurboTax card site comes back up if my balance is lower the what I had... I'm gonna find out how many others were effected and petition. This is crazy. We already pay for the TurboTax service so why aren't we getting it? 18882854169 on the back of your and my card but dial the number. It's out of service and the website down. What kind of illegal mess going on!!!! These are federal funds they are messing with the legal liability for them is high. I hope Turbo Tax does the right thing!

I checked the irs website and it made me input my bank information it said they didn’t have enough information to process mine.So I’m assuming the information from my turbo card wasn’t enough. Everyone with a turbo card should check the status
