Tax Year Prior to 2020: My Ddd is 2/26 when willsbtg get it to taje fees out and send to my bank account

If the DD date is 2/26 SBTG will receive thew funds shortly after they are disbursed, then will take the fees out and send the funds to your bank account. You can track the progress here: https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/articles/230084467-How-long-does-it-take-to-get-my-refund-

Both irs and sbtg show recieved 2/26 and sbtg says paid to me x amt of money well where is it
