Either one works fine for a single member LLC filing as a sole proprietor.  As long as you didn't elect to be taxed as an S-Corporation, you will file a Schedule C for your business.    The Schedule C net profit/loss will flow to your individual Form 1040 and be netted with other income reported on your tax return.

The Self-Employed is the online software and the Home & Business is the download/CD version.  The download version may have a bit more functionality to view form, etc.

Online versions can be found at this link TurboTax Online Versions

TurboTax CD/Download versions and pricing can be found here TurboTax CD/Download Versions .
