Is the unemployment I received in 2021 taxable? If yes, at what rate? Thank you.

Yes, unemployment is taxable. It is taxed at your marginal tax rate based on what tax bracket you fall into. In other words, it gets lumped in with any other income you might earn to figure out your tax. There is not a specific or separate tax rate just for unemployment.
