    Have you entered any income form either a Form w-2 or a Form 1099?

    Did you enter all your income and withholding?  0 Refund is ok.  Not everyone gets a refund.  In fact you really should come out to zero at the end of the year.  You shouldn't owe the IRS and you didn't let the IRS use your money all year.
