Can I claim my girlfriend on my taxes if she didn't work all year? We live together and house is under both of our names

    Yes if she lived with you ALL YEAR and had less than $4,400 total income for the year.

    How would I enter that.. she didn't make any income all year.. and how would i show proof?

    Just enter her under My Info.  That's all.  You don't have to give proof on your tax return.  If the IRS wants to know they will mail you a letter.
