Taxes after the death of parent

I have done my mother's taxes for several years and she is now deceased. The phone used to verfy identity is cut off. I am the administrator of her estate. How do I get in contact with turbotax to explain the situation?

    Sorry for your loss.

     

    If you have done your mom's taxes with TurboTax before, you must have a Sign In for her account.

     

    In TurboTax Online, click on 'Intuit Account' at the bottom left menu, and you can change the address, phone number, email, etc. for her account.

     

    When you EDIT her info in the My Info section, you can indicate 'I'm preparing this return for XXXX who has passed away' (screenshot).

    You can't sign in. I have checked the "prove your identity another way option" but it does nothing.
