Taxes being rejected due to AGI being incorrect.

id like to know why my 2020  taxes are being rejected due to it saying last years AGI is wrong but i went on the IRS website and got my tax transcripts from 2019 and the AGI that im entering is exactly the same as whats on the transcripts. i dont understand and i dont know what else i can do.

    If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

    Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

    I filed by mail last year on time in February but due to covid it wasn't processed till this year and I just received my 2019 refund last month

    Yes right.  Then enter 0 for the AGI.
