Question

Taxes mailed, but I called the IRS and they said I can try filing them again. They also said I could try efiling. I have my AGI, but it won't let me in turbotax.

Can someone in turbo tax reset it to where I can try efile again?

It is NOT recommended to e-file your return after you have mailed it in as it would cause confusion and delay your refund. The IRS was not processing mailed in returns during the pandemic.
