Hi, Is there a limit to the amount of gambling winning that be offset by losses and I am curious why the refund/amount owed changed for me by 3K-4K after I entered gambling winnings (W-2G forms) and then offset all of the wins with documented losses.  Thanks!  I was expecting the refund to go back to what it was before entering any gambling wins/losses

To enter the W-2G  or other documents For your Gambling winnings--Go to Federal>Wages & Income>Less Common Income>Gambling Winnings

You can enter your winnings, and then keep clicking through the interview to enter gambling losses.

Gambling winnings are taxable income.  Losses are an itemized deduction.  If you do not have enough itemized deductions to exceed your standard deduction, your losses will have no effect.
