my refund said I was getting $900 from State and now it said it was rejected and I had to refile State and I was only getting $272...It says REJ002 - INTERNAL REGJECT what does this mean? My first time doing this..

Same exact issue. Turbotax has 0 real people available to help those of who didn't pay for their service so who knows why they were so far off. They reeled us in with the promise of a free and easy filing process and this is what we are stuck with when using their product.

Personally, I'm going to refile with HR Block's free online service.

Same issue here, now it is saying I owe the state. No support what so ever since I didn't pay them to file. Not sure what to do, anyone have any answers?

Seek help from other professionals is my best advice. Confirm what Turbo Tax is saying.

HR block has a free service. I'm going to look into calling some local CPAs to see if they will offer any advice.

The state I'm from has an online tax calculator.

My best guess so far is Turbo Tax some how, some way, skewed the numbers to be favorable to filing with them.

Ended up going to get my state taxes done at Jackson Hewitt, unfortunately, I do owe (and they are stupid expensive to punch a few numbers in and pop out some papers). So I am done with turbotax.

Wish I had answer for you I paid $40 a piece for fed and state, got same rejection opened up today and state refund cut in half....and of course you can't talk to anybody without paying $50 bucks, this may be my last year with TurboTax, used to like the interface but way too pricey now
