Question

TD Ameritrade said I would get a $20 discount however I only got $15. Please change to $20 so I can file. Thanks

Let me know why not $20.  In the mean time I will check with TaxAct to see what they charge.  This was actually supposed to be free but every time I filled out another page or two it told me I had to pay and pay more and pay more again.   What happened to free, free, free?

Did the discount specify a $20 discount for any product, or was it a tiered discount for up to $20 off depending on the product selected? Please leave a comment for further assistance.
