I have used Turbo Tax for Years.  But this year--- I efiled my Federal return on 3/19.  Never got a confirmation. Opened Turbo Tax and It said my return was filed.  I closed that and checked email and spam and trash.  Tried to reopen Turbo Tax and it would not download my data.  Tried several times and it just gives me an error.  I checked IRS.gov and It said my return was filed but not reviewed and 21 days to refund.  Ok fine I am good for this year but I still can't get my data.  Therefore, next year I will not be able to download the data to next years taxes and have to start from scratch.  Maybe it is time to find another tax program.  Please help me reload my data.  I bought Turbo Tax on line through Amazon.

To access your tax returns (current or prior year) you will sign into the TurboTax website with the user ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

 

As an alternative for current year return, when you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a State (You will not really be adding a state). 

 

This will take you back in to the 2024 online tax return.

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Find the Print Center and choose the year you want to print.  If you want your full return including worksheets, choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets.

Catina T,   None of your suggestions work.  There was no SHOW to click on.  There was no ADD a STATE to click on.  I Do not need to print my return,  I already did that.  I just need to data to be there for next years import.  I also never got a confirmation email so had to go the irs.gov and they said they received my return but it has been 21 days and no money deposited so until I get my refund I can't be sure it was received.  

Yes, I am very frustrated with Turbo Tax.
