Question

Tell me about my wife's situation. She had tax-payer ID 2017, and got her SSN by July 2018. Which ID should I fill in her SSN line? I filled in Tax-payer ID last year.

You should be using her SSN since that is what the IRS will have on file.

When I filled in her SSN on 2018 tax return, I need to input additional information about my wife on "FILE"-->Federal" page.
This page says that "did my wife file a 2017 federal tax return last year?".  I filed in 2017 tax return using her Tax-payer ID, also she is housewife, and never work at any companies.
I am not sure which yes or no should I select.  Could you give my advice, please?
