The 1099-R Fidelity zip is correct, but the computer says it's invalid and I can't continue and finish

see if you can delete the field and manually enter just the first 5 digits. sometimes an invisible inbedded character is there which makes the field invalid. it happens from time to time when items are imported or maybe the dash is missing if there are the full 9 digits. at worst, delete the form and type in manually.
