The 2018 tax paid amount is incorrect.... items were duplicated,how do I correct this?

If you have not yet Efiled your Return, you can open it and make any needed corrections.
In the Deductions & Credits section, you can scroll down to the Type of Taxes Paid and Edit the tax category that needs to be changed, or type in the Search window (such as Income Taxes Paid, Estimated Taxes Paid, etc.), and use the 'Jump to xxxxx' link.
If you have already Efiled, and your return is Accepted, you will need to wait until you have received your Refund and mail an Amended Return to the IRS.
