When I enter it into the IRS where's my check it tells me to enter it and then says it must match the 2018 return and won't except it tired without the zeros and with the zeros and will not except eit

If you are entering the correct 2018 Adjusted Gross Income for the PIN in your 2019 efile and it's being rejected. And you are now trying to enter the number 0 (just one 0) and it's being rejected, then you will have to print and mail your return. Follow the filing instructions after you print to for what to include and where to mail it.

Edit: If it is a joint return, you would enter the 0 for each spouse.
