Question

The Citadel Federal Credit Union does not appear on your screen as an institution from which I received interest.

That is it.  I have tried repeatedly to get an answer.  I am getting ready to file a paper return.

Some banks are not partnered with TurboTax to allow imports of data.   You just need to click "I will enter it myself"

This is your first and only post on the user community forum with the User ID @mgeorgelis1 

 

Enter interest income in the Search box locate in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to interest income

 

On the following screen, click on Yes

On the next screen click on Continue

On the screen labeled Let's import your tax info click on Change how I enter my form

On the screen labeled How do you want to add your 1099‑INT? click on Type it in myself
