Question

The deductions and credits section never loads, it just sits on the circle spinning forever and I can't complete my taxes.

I've tried on three different browsers to no avail.

If you purchased and are using a Desktop CD and not using the online software system, there might be a defect in the CD as this issue has not been raised at all and I have had no issues in running multiple "tests" in the system. Please try to uninstall and reinstall if that is the case in that you are using a CD. If you are using the online software version and this is happening, please let me know so that I can alert product support of this issue.
