Question

The e-File database indicates that Form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing "ACA Explanation" must be present with the return.

When e-filing federal return, I keep getting "The e-File database indicates that Form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing "ACA Explanation" must be present in the return.  I already added the information on form 1095-A and it shows form 8962 when I preview it, but it keeps rejecting.  Why does it keep rejected, it the forms are there?  Please help.

    First try to eliminate some basic causes. If you are using TurboTax online, first try clearing your cache and cookies then sign back in and revisit the section. Report back if issue persists.
