THe E file will NOT transmit! THe state will not load? Now beyond file deadline thanks to you? make this turbo tax work or refund my 140$ PLEASE?

product is intentionally not performing e file, nor will it load the state that i paid fo either. this is fraud!!!!! SEE SCREEN CAPTURE FOR THE MULTIPLE FAILURES OF YOUR PRODUCT OVER AND OVER AGAIN, STATE NOT THERE, E FILE NOT THERE, INTERNET CONNECTION IS FINE, EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS, HRBLOCK ONLINE WORKS, I WANT MY 140$ THAT YOU OVERCHARGED TO ME AND THE EFILE AND STATE THAT I PAID FOR, ITS ALREADY PAST THE DEADLINE BUT AT LEAST CORRECT YOUR FRAUDULENT PRODUCT SALES CLAIMS

Second, try these simple steps for transmission

Logout

Clear your browsing history.

In Chrome, click the three dots at the right top of your screen.

Click more tools

Select clear browsing history

Login and try again
