Question

The final page to submit won't load to allow me to choose an option to verify identity. I have an intl phone number, so I can't access a human to help. Terrible service

There is a bug in the site, I have already read through the community articles on what to do if a page doesn't load, but none have helped or are applicable. I have been going in circles between the phone bot and the answer bot online, and cannot reach a human. I live abroad and have an international number, so I can't get the bot to call me back because it won't accept any number that isn't American.

On the final pages, to submit, you enter your AGI from last year to verify your identity.

OR your 5-digit self-select PIN selected last year if you have it.

OR AGI = 0 if your AGI is not on file with IRS due to COVID.

 

If none of these options works, you have to file on paper via US Mail.
