I am not sure where and what to click if I am having trouble logging in or do not know my username or password; See attached screen shot:

    You may want to start by clearing cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue for you.

    I am using the Turbo Tax on my desktop, please help to provide the step by step instruction to clear the cache
