Question

The IRS keeps rejecting my return. I was filed under my parents return last and this year as well. Should use their AGI from 2018?

No, if you filed last year you should use your own AGI.

If you didn't file a 2018 return with the IRS, you should enter zero for your AGI.

Be sure you indicated on your return that "Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return".
