The last time I filed through Turbo Tax I was married but since divorced - am I able to use the same account as before or do I need to create a new one?

You can create a new account if you wish, however we recommend that you use the same account (as long as your spouse isn't planning on using that account as well, being that only one return can be done per account).
If you decide to use the same account, make sure to update the Personal Info section to indicate that you are not married and that you will not be filing a joint return. You may also need to delete your spouse's information from the personal info section as well.
